New York, NY, USA
Born in Little Rock, Arkansas in 1976 to a computer programmer (my father) and a visual artist (my mother), I was encouraged to use computers, and to make and appreciate art from my earliest days. Combining these two disciplines, art making and computing, has always felt like the natural thing to do. In creating, I combine all the elements of my upbringing, education, and current interests to produce art that explores and explains our modern condition. Critique of new media, programming, and viewer participation are all integral parts of my artistic practice.
